Job Summary:

We are hiring Dispatch Assistant for our Service Department. This role is responsible for packing and preparing repaired or serviced products for return to customers. The position involves physical handling, labeling, and organizing items for delivery or handover, ensuring that each package is complete, secure, and properly addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive repaired or serviced items from technicians Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials Attach labels with correct customer address and service details Ensure all items are properly marked and organized for dispatch Handle physical movement of goods to the dispatch holding area Maintain cleanliness and order in the packing and dispatch zone Report any issues with packaging materials or product condition to supervisor Support the dispatch team in meeting daily shipment targets Coordinate with couriers or internal team for handovers

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass Computer skills not necessary. Ability to read and understand address labels and product names Attention to detail and good manual handling skills

Pay: ?12,000.00 per month
