Job Title: Dispatch & Transport Manager

Location: Mundka, Delhi

We are looking for a Dispatch & Transport Manager to oversee and coordinate all vehicle movements, order dispatches, and deliveries from our Mundka unit. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, and planning skills to ensure timely and accurate dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate daily vehicle schedules and dispatches.

Track and monitor delivery vehicles to ensure on-time dispatches and returns.

Maintain proper dispatch records, challans, and transport documents.

Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and logistics teams for smooth order flow.

Manage communication with drivers and resolve any dispatch-related issues promptly.

Ensure packaging and loading are done as per dispatch requirements.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in dispatch, transport, or logistics coordination.

Good knowledge of Delhi/NCR routes.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Basic knowledge of Excel and dispatch documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
