Key Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule efficient dispatch operations.

Manage fleet maintenance and driver performance.

Collaborate with customer service for seamless deliveries.

Control operational costs and ensure budget adherence.

Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations.

Oversee store operations and material management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or B.Com/M.Com.

5+ years of experience in dispatch or logistics management.

Proficient in SAP/ERP, MS Office (Excel), and email communication.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
