Dispatch and Sales Coordinator

Location:

Borivali West, Mumbai

Travel Requirement:

Monthly visit to Daman plant

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday

Experience:

2-5 years in same field; manufacturing background preferred

Education:

B. Com or relevant qualification with computer proficiency (ERP/MS Excel preferred)

Job Responsibility:

Objective:

To ensure smooth order processing, accurate dispatch, effective team management, and timely communication with parties and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all group orders are punched in the software without delay.

2. All punched orders are fulfilled within specified time

3. In case orders are not fulfilled, the same are short closed and appropriate reasons for the same is mentioned.

4. Cross-check system entries before dispatch.

5. Daily Dispatch Report to be s

6. Check all loose piece stock dispatched against orders wherever required, on time.

7. Check all material is dispatched against party orders as per schedule.

8. New Launch products are dispatched for sampling to all distributors

9. Finished Goods Stock Ageing Report

10. Record all customer enquiries with details such as quantity, item code, and delivery date.

11. Maintain proper documentation for all complaints and resolutions.

12. Reply to all customer queries promptly, especially during peak season.

13. Provide timely updates to parties regarding order status, dispatch, and product details.

14. Preparing all MIS Reports relating to Dispatch and reports required for monthly PMS.

15. Others Work Assigned by Department HOD (If any)
