Disney+ Hotstar is the fastest growing entertainment brand in India with one of the largest subscription services in the country, and millions more accessing quality entertainment that's available free. Over the past six years, Disney+ Hotstar has been instrumental in shaping how Indians consume their favourite content, migrating audiences at scale from television to a device of their choice.

ABOUT THE TEAM :

We serve high quality content to millions of customers across millions of devices, all of which are constantly evolving and changing. As the subscriptions business at Disney+ Hotstar increases its scale, we plan to add to our existing user base through highly personalized and targeted marketing initiatives.

As part of the team, you'll be responsible for analytics behind all user growth initiatives and help monitor and optimize program, channel and communication performance to drive strategic and tactical decision making. In essence, we're looking at putting in some serious data-driven brains behind our marketing muscle!

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collect and Interpret data, analyze results, publish MIS reports, emailers and dashboards using visualisation tools like Tableau, ReDash etc.

- Develop an in-depth understanding of data platform, technology stack and manage ETLs

- Prepare, analyze, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, dashboards, and flowcharts

- Collaborate with Product and Platform Security Teams for data tracking and implementation of Dashboard in Tableau / ReDash / Amplitude

WHAT TO BRING :

- Graduate degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science/Applications

- 2-3 years of professional experience in Business Reporting/Data Analytics Preferably within a digital business or Security portfolio and at least 1-2 years of Tableau Hands on Experience

- Excellent SQL Querying and Analytical Skills

- Advanced technical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy

- Wireframe Design (Creating PoC / Creating Mock reports)

- Excellent Dashboarding & Report Authoring Skills

- Experience in working towards Data analytics of legal/compliance/risk management / fraud / network security / throttling / Piracy is a plus

- Explore and recommend Alternate intuitive visualizations to enhance User Experience

- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills

- Experience in Python will be an Added advantage
