Job Title: Discipline/Marketing Coordinator
Location: NVN Primary, Nalanda Vidyaniketan, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh
Job Summary:
The Discipline/Marketing Coordinator is a dual-role position at NVN Primary responsible for maintaining a disciplined environment conducive to learning and coordinating marketing efforts to enhance the school's visibility and attract new students. This role requires effective communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance disciplinary procedures with promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Discipline Management:

• Implement and enforce the school's discipline policy consistently across all grades.

• Address behavioral issues promptly and fairly, working closely with teachers, students, and parents to resolve conflicts and promote a positive school climate.

• Organize training sessions for teachers on classroom management and discipline techniques.

• Monitor and report on discipline issues to the school administration, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote NVN Primary to prospective students and parents.

• Coordinate the creation and distribution of promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.

• Manage the school's presence on social media platforms, ensuring regular and engaging content that highlights school events, achievements, and programs.

• Organize open house events, school tours, and participation in community events to increase school visibility and engagement.

Parent Engagement:

• Serve as a point of contact for parents regarding both disciplinary matters and marketing events.

• Facilitate communication between parents and the school, ensuring they are informed and involved in their children's education and school activities.

Event Management:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee school events that promote discipline, such as assemblies, and those that support marketing efforts, like informational sessions for prospective families.

• Collaborate with staff and external partners to ensure events are successful and align with the school's goals.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare reports on disciplinary actions and marketing campaign outcomes.

• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust plans as necessary to achieve enrollment targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in school administration with a focus on student discipline and/or marketing.

• Strong understanding of child behavior and effective disciplinary approaches.

• Experience in developing marketing materials and managing social media platforms.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
