is seeking a responsible and proactive professional for the role of

Discipline Coordinator

. The position focuses on monitoring student attendance, behaviour, and overall discipline, while working closely with parents, counsellors, and school leadership to maintain a safe, structured, and supportive school environment.

Qualifications:

Postgraduate degree in any discipline - mandatory Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in teaching, student administration, or discipline/student welfare management Prior experience handling student discipline and attendance preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor student attendance and ensure adherence to school policies. Identify and implement interventions for chronic absenteeism and behavioural concerns. Supervise student discipline and address behavioural issues with a focus on root causes. Document and communicate disciplinary actions to students and parents. Coordinate discipline-related meetings with parents, counsellors, and school administration. Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding attendance and conduct. Support campus safety initiatives and student conduct systems. Assist in parent orientation and policy-awareness programmes when required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy. Sound understanding of student behaviour and discipline practices. Proficiency in basic digital tools and student management systems. Organized, firm, and student-focused approach.

Salary:

Up to

?26,000 CTC

per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
