Discharge Summary Typist / Medical Summary Typist

We seek a detail-oriented Typist to prepare accurate discharge summaries and medical reports supporting clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Type and organize patient discharge summaries based on physician's notes and medical records. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and timely completion of all summaries. Collaborate with clinical staff to clarify information and verify details. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information professionally. Assist in formatting, filing, and archiving discharge documents as per hospital protocols.

Qualifications:

Any Bachelor's degree Minimum of 1 year of experience in Discharge Summary in the hospital industry Typing speed with good accuracy; experience in medical transcription or hospital documentation preferred.
