- To adhere the TAT (1 Hour) in preparing and delivering summaries for all patients from the time of intimation
- To ensure that all the prepared Discharge Summaries are errorfree (Clinical & Non-Clinical) and verified by the treating Consultant
- To achieve the NPS for IP Discharges at 75% for the FY
- To adhere to all the guidelines defined by the hospital/governing bodies without any deviation
- To ensure provision of Discharge Summaries to the Credit Cell as per TAT and resolution of any queries as and when applicable
- Any Bachelor\'s degree
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Discharge Summary in the hospital industry
- Health insurance
- Provident Fund
- Rotational shift
