Responsible for preparing accurate and timely discharge summaries for IPD patients based on doctors' notes and hospital formats, ensuring quality documentation and smooth patient discharge.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and prepare IPD discharge summaries.
Compile clinical details from case sheets, progress notes, and reports.
Coordinate with treating doctors for review and approval.
Ensure summaries are completed within defined TAT.
Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and NABH compliance.
Update and upload records in the system.
Skills:
Good medical terminology knowledge
Strong English typing and documentation skills
