Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: The Executive is responsible for performing Vendor payments (including Intercompany entities), Employee related claims disbursements and processing activities, which services a number of advertising agencies. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Process cash disbursements complying with vendors\' payment terms.
• Route requests to Agencies for vendor payments approval (including rush payments)
• Process third party Vendor, Intercompany, rush payments and Employee related Travel & Expense (T&E) payments, Statutory Payments & Foreign Payments
• File and archive original documents.
• Identify ideas for process improvement utilizing industry leading practices.
• Identify and help address customer needs and issues by answering questions.
• Participate in giving and receiving feedback.
• Perform payment reconciliations with vendors.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Facilitate Agency Local Finance with period-end closing activities.

• Minimum Education Qualification \xe2\x80\x93 Graduation
• 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of work experience in a similar role
• Experience in Advertising industry preferred
• Minimum Education Qualification \xe2\x80\x93 Graduation
• Ability to provide high level of customer service for the Disbursements process.
• Strong written and oral communications skills in English
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of concepts and procedures related to disbursements.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure.
• Ability to complete allocated tasks on time accurately.
• Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in SAP and Tally systems
