Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Handle confidential documents and maintain secure record keeping.
Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other official documents.
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Director.
Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and event logistics.
Maintain filing systems and ensure the organization of office documents.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
Assist in administrative tasks, project coordination, and follow-up actions.
Support the Director in planning, organizing, and executing tasks as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; specialization in Administration is an advantage.
Proven experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
