Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)
Strategic & Operational Support:
Serve as the primary
liaison
between the Director and critical internal/external stakeholders (e.g., senior leadership, partners).
Coordinate the arrangement of
critical meetings, discussions, and strategic sessions
with key stakeholders.
Oversee and track the progress of the Director's
key strategic initiatives and projects
, ensuring accountability and goal alignment.
Prepare and/or finalize high-level communications, presentations, and reports for the Director and the Board.
Communication & Collaboration:
Filter and prioritize communication flow (written and verbal) to and from the Director, addressing
critical matters
efficiently.
Draft, review, and edit internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Director.
Facilitate effective
cross-functional collaboration
and streamline decision-making among leadership teams.
Stakeholder Meeting Management:
Plan, organize, and attend key internal and external strategic meetings.
Develop detailed meeting agendas, capture clear
minutes and action items
, and ensure timely follow-through.
Manage the preparation and logistics for all
high-value stakeholder engagement activities
(e.g., conferences, summits).
Coordinate complex travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries relevant to strategic meetings.

Qualifications
Education:
