About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and drive

Land Disposition and Capital Market transactions

across key metro cities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in

real estate financing, land monetization, and capital raising

for developers, with strong relationships in the sector.

Key Responsibilities

Generate revenue through sourcing and closing

Land Disposition transactions

. Work across

land monetization structures and capital raising

for developers. Manage the

end-to-end transaction process

, supported by the Capital Markets team. Build and maintain a strong

database of land, developers, and financial institutions

. Secure

mandates for land disposition and capital raising

. Achieve and exceed

individual revenue targets

.

Experience & Skills

Minimum

8 years of experience

in land and capital raising transactions. Proven

track record

of executing deals in

real estate investment or capital markets

. Strong understanding of

Development Control Regulations (DCR)

and

financial products

like construction finance, structured finance, and refinance. Deep knowledge of

land inventory and markets

in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Gurgaon. Excellent

relationship management

,

analytical

, and

presentation

skills. Strong network across

Tier-2 and Tier-3 developers

.

Ideal Candidate
