Key Responsibilities -
- Spearhead and implement strategic growth initiatives across South and East India to drive revenue and expand customer base.
- Scout and cultivate new business avenues, strategic partnerships, and alliances to strengthen regional presence.
- Lead, coach, and empower regional sales and operations teams to consistently achieve performance benchmarks and elevate customer experience.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regional potential to craft impactful go-to-market strategies.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure regional plans are tightly aligned with company-wide objectives.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating professionalism and commercial acumen in all client and stakeholder engagements.
- Foster long-term customer relationships through proactive service delivery and retention-focused initiatives.
Requirements -
- MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institute preferred.
- Experience in business growth, sales, or regional leadership roles (preferably in logistics, SaaS, or technology-driven businesses).
- Proven experience in handling multi-regional P&L or business expansion
