Location - Bangalore

Years of experience- 15-20 years\' experience

Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA with minimum 15 years\' experience with at least last 5 years in leadership position
  • Strong Finance, FP&A skills with good knowledge of regulatory and legal compliances
  • Comfortable in multi tasking and working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Person with high integrity, ethics and hard working
  • Good communication skills with experience in dealing with cross border teams an added advantage.
Role Description:
  • Managing company\'s overall financial and risk management
  • Responsible for accurately maintaining accounts and timely reporting
  • Strong financial planning & analysis skills including forecasting, budgeting and reporting
  • Support commercial proposals, pricing and costing
  • Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital and treasury operations
  • Manage audits (statutory, internal, SOX, etc)
  • Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
  • Ensure accurate and timely AR, Invoicing and collections management
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations
  • Mentoring and guiding the finance team for enhanced performance and development opportunities
  • Ensure adherence to control procedures, regulatory and government compliance
  • Work closely with other functions
  • Manage relationships with bankers, auditors, external and internal stakeholders
