Overview This role is a member of the Global IT Transformation Management Office team, driving program management across strategic projects ensuring capabilities and processes are developed, executed and maintained, and leading the coordination of IT employees of all Global IT Functions: Info Sec, Strategy & Transformation, Enterprise Solutions, CTO and Sector roles at site to advance and develop talent, build current and future facing critical business, organizational and individual capabilities and embed the PepsiCo culture. Responsibilities This role will coordinate all activities to drive transformation, effective programs and build talent Key Accountabilities: Establishes a strong partnership with the key IT organizations to drive continuous improvement in IT\'s strategic roadmap and Maintain trusting relationships with business partners Defines the talent strategy, capability, culture & engagement strategy for IT within the locations Accountable for managing talent growth initiatives and managing the Employee Engagement Activities Accountable for managing the Employee Engagement Activities Lead POC for Local Business Service Works with IT leaders to properly execute programs, ensuring success through all phases of project lifecycle. Lead and Manage strategic change programs A Key POC for senior stakeholders and the IT ExCom\'s agenda Drive programs, performance and reporting Qualifications A leader with strong communications and organizational skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity while juggling multiple priorities and projects at the same time 10+ years of experience 3 - 5 years project management experience Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Must possess a high degree of professional confidence and credibility with the presence and communication skills to represent IT related concepts effectively with senior level management Strong management skills with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talent Experience in organization design, transformation and facilitation across several work groups Technical Skills Required: Strong knowledge of IT Ecosystems Strong project management skills in both waterfall and agile methodologies. Financial management experience with proven ability to manage annual budget Possess a general understanding of the business architecture and process planning frameworks
