What you get to do in this role: Define a vision and build a roadmap for user and account management for all ServiceNow customers and partners, based on a clear prioritization framework that includes input from customer, partners, and internal stakeholders. Have a strong definition of success for user and account management initiatives, and ability to communicate progress towards those goals. Clearly communicate vision and roadmap with executives and stakeholders within and outside of the team. Define a prioritization framework to drive product decisions on the area of user and account management. Develop a deep understanding of customer, partner, and stakeholder requirements related to complex account management use cases, such as multi-affiliate, multi-instance, multi-department. Lead a diverse team of geographically distributed technical product managers. Develop strong relationships with all key decision makers and influencers across ServiceNow departments. Collaborate effectively with the enterprise architecture and engineering organizations, to drive execution of enterprise-grade products. Uncover and mitigate any risk that threatens your products success (customer satisfaction, execution timelines, etc.) conceive and execute risk mitigation strategies accordingly. Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: 10+ years of experience in product management of B2B, technical products. 5+ years of experience managing technical product managers. Deep expertise in the areas of user and account management. Proven track record of delivering successful enterprise products that scale, in a dynamic environment. Committed to customer success and tenacious at driving long-term customer value. Committed to making data-driven prioritization decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to executives / customers, chair sessions and host webinars. Must be able to travel up to 10% annually For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $198,500 - $347,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
