What is this role all about?



As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will shape how Kapture attracts, evaluates, and hires talent at scale. You will lead the TA function to dramatically improve hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience, while personally driving senior and leadership hiring through proactive head-hunting and market mapping.

You will lead a high-performing TA team, setting clear goals around hiring quality, time-to-fill, and candidate experience. You will help scale hiring processes, tools, and frameworks to improve speed, consistency, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. You will partner closely with senior business leaders to translate talent needs into hiring strategies. You will personally head-hunt and close senior and niche talent, building deep talent pipelines and relationships in the market. You will strengthen employer branding and sourcing strategies to ensure Kapture consistently attracts top-tier talent.


This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

What would make you a good fit for this role?

Here are the basic requirements:

You have 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years leading TA teams in tech organizations. You have experience hiring for senior roles, particularly in tech and sales roles. You have built or scaled hiring processes in high-growth or tech-driven organizations. You are comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.

What are the most critical skills for this role?

You think strategically about talent and can translate business goals into hiring plans. You are data-driven and comfortable using metrics to improve hiring outcomes. You are a strong people leader who can coach, motivate, and scale a TA team. You are an excellent relationship builder with hiring managers and senior candidates.

You will have an advantage if you:

You have led executive search or built senior leadership pipelines. You have exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, or ATS/HR tech implementation.
