The impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of IT SIFMU Delivery team, you will support core Clearing and Settlement applications for DTC, NSCC and FICC as well as Wealth Management & Insurance Services will be managed by this group, which will also oversee Master Reference Data.

We are looking for an exceptional Leader with expertise in agile methodologies, test-driven development (TDD), and DevSecOps practices to join our team. As a Technology Leader, you will lead the technical direction and strategy for our Delivery Efficacy Metrics, Code Quality initiatives and Application Lifecycle Management platform across SiRi, ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and innovative solutions.

Champion the adoption of Delivery through Data Driven insights, promoting a culture of security, automation, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) throughout the development lifecycle.

What you\'ll do

• Working across all CSS and Risk Team in SiRi and drive material improvements in engineering velocity and system reliability in line with the Delivery Efficacy Metrics identified.
• Develop a true platform engineering that combines with processes, tooling and frameworks that continuously improves on the engineering velocity.
• Work on Code Quality initiatives to drive practices and adoption across to improve quality of our software delivery.
• Lead platform for Application lifecycle management of open-source software
• Collaborates with Technology Leadership, product Owners, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Develop and carry out vision into clear, specific, and achievable objectives for the team and drive engagement across IT.
• Support the delivery of automation solutions by working with key collaborators.
• Understand and incorporate regulatory, compliance, security, and controls requirements into product design for seamless consumption.
• Ensure governance consistency among area squads.
• Mitigate risks by following established procedures, standards, policies, and supporting strong ethical behavior and enterprise leadership.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and guide the execution of those requirements into solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of related experience
• Bachelor\'s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

• Technical IT product management experience preferred with background program delivery along with large scale program management.
• Bachelor\'s degree required with equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 15 years of IT or related IT product management experience including technical experience working in an agile environment with a solid grasp of IT infrastructure, and product management concepts.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading directly aligned, multi-disciplined squads, matrixed groups, or other large stakeholder groups needed for success.
• Experience building and delivering technical solutions with security, reliability, and reusability.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry (technology, financial instruments, regulations, etc.) preferred.
• Highly motivated, with the ability to take initiative, set priorities and perform tasks with minimal guidance.
• Demonstrable ability to develop and manage multi-functional processes and ability to meet priorities and timelines through product manager - product owner relationships.
• Ability to bring together various teams and stakeholders together for clarity on objectives, milestones and deliveries is critical for success in this role.
• Ability to handle multiple requests in parallel and bring order to it will be crucial to be successful.

The IT SIFMU Delivery Department supports core Clearing and Settlement application delivery for DTC, NSCC and FICC. The department also develops and supports Asset Services, Wealth Management & Insurance Services and Master Reference Data applications.
