Global Guardian is an investor backed, high growth company that provides employees with unmatched promotion opportunities within the organization.Position OverviewThe Director of Security Operations Center (GSOC) is a critical leadership role focused on ensuring the security and safety of the organizations assets, employees, and visitors across the Asia-Pacific-Japan (APJ) region and globally. This position, is responsible for overseeing our primary SOC vendor execution, including the Statement of Work (SOW) deliverables and ensuring all contractual obligations are met. The Director will drive SOC projects, ensure timely alarm responses, and maintain a strong understanding of physical security technologies and alarm systems allowing the GSOC program to elevate. Collaboration with the Sr Manager of Intelligence and GSOC is essential to align priorities and enhance the security program.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCore Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the GSOC day-to-day operations to ensure the GSOC vendor is meeting the SOW deliverables, including monitoring security systems, identifying and responding to security incidents, and managing alarm responses.
• Ensure GSOCs performance aligns with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), coordinating and escalating issues to leadership as necessary to maintain operational excellence.
• Formulate and drive GSOC projects and goals as dictated by Management, ensuring they are executed effectively while maintaining a focus on timely alarm detection and response.
• Utilize strong knowledge of physical security technologies and alarm systems to evaluate and ensure repairs and calls for service are being properly executed within SLA.
• Oversee the proactive CCTV investigations into detected threats and internal incidents, providing detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sr Regional Security Managers, Investigations Team, and Security Systems team to integrate security policies and procedures.
• Analyze performance data and track key metrics (e.g., response times, alarm frequency, incident trends) to demonstrate program health and SLA adherence while providing regular reports to leadership.
• Ensure all security incidents are documented, investigated, and reported in compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of GSOCs activities, performance metrics, and any escalations or coordination efforts.
• Update processes to align with current and future business needs, ensuring scalability and adaptability.
• Proactively respond to changes in the external environment, including legislation, technology, and security trends.
• Demonstrate strategic flexibility in navigating organizational and programmatic changes.
• Vendor Management: The director of the GSOC will work directly with the Intelligence and GSOC Manager to escalate any risks, conflicts, or vendor SLA misses.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Stay informed of updates to policies and procedures, ensuring Vendor B remains compliant.
• Participate in initiatives to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Devise and conceptualize project goals to improve the overall SLAs and GSOC efficiency.
• Provide 24x7 support via an on-call rotation for incident and crisis management.
• Travel as needed to support global operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Masters degree in security, criminal justice, or a related field.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in security, law enforcement, or GSOC management, with a focus on vendor relationship management.
• Strong expertise in physical security technologies (e.g., access control, video surveillance, alarm systems) and ticketing platforms.
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to track and report on performance metrics (e.g., alarm response times, incident trends).
• Proven experience in managing vendor relationships, including SLA oversight and escalation management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports in English, while also being able to verbally communicate in English.
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in high-stress, fast-paced environments, with a focus on rapid alarm response.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Willingness to travel to support global operations.

Work Environment & Schedule

• This is a full-time, salaried position in India.
• $38,000 USD or 3,233,262 INR salary capped.
• The GSOC operates 24/7.
