Northbrick Consultancy is seeking a senior sales leader to head its real estate business. The
Director - Sales
will be responsible for driving overall revenue growth, defining sales strategy, leading high-performing teams, and strengthening relationships with developers, clients, and channel partners across NCR.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the sales strategy aligned with business objectives
Own revenue targets and P&L for the sales function
Lead, mentor, and manage sales team
Build and maintain strategic relationships with developers, investors, and key clients
Drive high-value negotiations and oversee critical deal closures
Monitor sales performance, pipelines, forecasts, and MIS
Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and brand positioning
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and ethical sales practices
Handle client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales ( Mandatory)
Proven track record in scaling revenue and leading large sales teams
Strong developer, investor, and channel network in NCR
Strong knowledge of the Noida real estate market (residential & commercial)
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
