In this role, you will concentrate on driving strategic sales efforts to secure profitable new corporate travel accounts and retain existing clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for lead generation, leveraging networking opportunities, and expanding BCD India's presence in the local India market.
As a Director Sales, you will
Ensure the team members identify new business opportunities for assigned existing clients and work with respective AM on acquisition of this new business
Negotiate all client contract terms consistent with company approval processes and commercial policy in a timely manner
Conduct performance reviews for direct reports and assures performance review delivery for down line employees * Perform or directs personnel recruiting, hiring, training, and separation.
