Roles & Responsibilities:1. Conduct thorough research and participate in events to source leads effectively2. Proactively reach out to potential clients and partners to cultivate and convert business opportunities3. Provide expert advisory services to clients regarding tech leader hiring strategies4. Achieve quarterly revenue targets and take ownership of P&L responsibilities5. Lead team expansion efforts, including hiring and talent development initiatives6. Develop compelling sales collateral to support business development activities7. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle across various stages with efficiency and professionalism8. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and deliver reports as required9. Develop and execute quarterly and yearly revenue goals and projections10. Conduct negotiations with both clients and candidates to achieve mutually beneficial outcomesRequirements:1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS Sales or SaaS Partnership roles2. Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal3. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a startup culture, with flexibility and adaptability4. 2-3 years of experience in executive search firms, particularly in sales/growth5. MBA qualification preferred, with a strong foundation in business and leadership principles6. Should have managed a minimum Annual Revenue Target of $500K+7. Based in Bangalore or Mumbai, with the willingness to travel to Bangalore for monthly/quarterly review meetings
