Key Responsibilities: -Define and Execute Strategy: - Develop and implement a sales strategy for the Retail to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Integrated Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive, retail-specific sales strategy that leverages the combined power of linear TV reach and digital targeting/performance.
Key Account Management: -Directly manage and cultivate relationships with senior media decision-makers at major retail accounts and their agencies.
Performance Management: Establish clear performance metrics, conduct regular pipeline reviews, and coach the team on advanced negotiation, solution selling, and cross-platform proposal development.
Pricing & Inventory: -Yield Management, optimize pricing, packaging, and inventory management for both TV and digital products to maximize revenue.
Data understanding: - Should have clear understanding of Genre Adex.
A strong professional network within Retail, and major media agencies.
Job Requirement
Proven track record of 5+ years in a senior sales leadership/management role for a major broadcaster, publisher, or media organization.
Minimum of 8+ years of progressive media sales experience, with a significant focus on the retail vertical.
Demonstrated expertise in integrated media sales, specifically merging linear (TV/Broadcast) and digital advertising (OTT, video, display, programmatic).
* Excellent executive-level presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
