We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Real Estate Asset Management, to join our Global Real Estate team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID



In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:


Oversee all aspects of the facilities operations across India Ensure the delivery of efficient, safe, sustainable and employee-centric workspaces Lead a diverse team and collaborate cross-functionally to align facilities strategy with business objectives Align facilities strategy with business objectives, supporting corporate growth and operational excellence.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:


Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Degree in architecture, engineering, real estate or business administration is preferred. 18+ years of total work experience with at least 10+ years in management preferred. Experience in facilities and/or property management is preferred Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory environment and FM compliance standards Familiarity with smart building technologies, sustainability programs, and modern workplace design Excellent leadership, negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills Lead and develop a high-performing FM team and partner with PT, IT, Corporate Services and business leaders Drive a culture of service excellence and employee well-being within the workplace experience framework
