As part of Evident, this team is now advancing to the next level of autonomy--moving from autonomous imaging to intelligent imaging, where scanners, data systems, and user interfaces are self-aware, adaptive, and capable of real-time AI inference at the edge.Key Responsibilities
1 | Program & Platform Execution LeadershipOwn execution of multi-year, multi-track programs spanning robotics, imaging, AI, cloud, and user platforms. Translate architectural and product roadmaps into integrated program plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and success metrics. Drive execution from concept through clinical deployment and scale.

2 | Cross-System & Cross-Functional CoordinationOrchestrate delivery across hardware, firmware, software, AI/ML, QA, regulatory, and manufacturing teams. Establish strong execution interfaces between architecture, product management, and engineering leadership. Resolve cross-team dependencies, trade-offs, and prioritization conflicts proactively.

3 | Planning, Governance & Risk ManagementDefine program governance models, execution cadences, and escalation mechanisms. Own schedules, budgets, resourcing plans, and risk mitigation strategies for complex system programs. Anticipate execution risks related to system integration, regulatory readiness, and field deployment.

4 | Delivery Excellence & Continuous ImprovementDrive disciplined execution using modern program management practices (Agile-at-scale, hybrid models, system-level planning). Ensure strong integration testing, readiness reviews, and release governance across hardware-software systems. Lead post-delivery reviews to institutionalize learnings and improve execution velocity and quality.

5 | Stakeholder & Executive CommunicationProvide clear, data-driven program status to senior leadership, global stakeholders, and external partners. Represent program execution readiness in executive forums, customer engagements, and internal reviews. Act as a trusted execution leader bridging strategy and delivery.

6 | Leadership & Team DevelopmentBuild and mentor a high-caliber project and program management organization. Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and transparent communication. Blend startup agility with Evident's global engineering and operational scale.

Qualifications

Required

20+ years of experience in project / program management, with significant leadership experience in complex system development. Proven track record delivering

hardware-software integrated platforms

in regulated or mission-critical environments. Strong experience managing programs involving robotics, embedded systems, imaging, AI, or cloud platforms. Exceptional ability to manage ambiguity, scale execution, and align diverse technical stakeholders. Excellent communication, leadership, and executive-level stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

Experience in digital pathology, medical devices, medical imaging, or automation systems. Exposure to FDA, HIPAA, GDPR, IVDR, or similar regulatory frameworks. PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification. * Background or education in Engineering (EE / ME / Physics / Systems) enabling strong technical fluency with engineering teams.
