As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager with 9+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving product discovery, delivery, and adoption, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed customer expectations. This role is specifically for Open Finance where we want to build on our leadership position in India by being a preferred partner for clients in multiple geographies.
Key Focus Areas:


The candidate with experience in Open Finance, Account Aggregator, system integration, Open API Specification is desired. Experience in KYC, AML and Fraud is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

Own P&L:

Own and manage the entire P&L for the product line. Develop annual operating plans, set financial targets, and regularly report on performance against key business metrics (Revenue, Margin, LTV, CAC)

Regulation Analysis:

Proactively monitor and interpret the evolving regulatory and legislative landscape of focused jurisdictions, and translate complex compliance requirements into a clear product roadmap and actionable features.

Product Discovery:

Collaborate with clients, network partners, Customer Success Teams (CST), Sales, Marketing, Solutioning, and other Product teams to deeply understand and analyze customer needs, pain points, and market trends. Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market validation to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.

Product Design:

Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that include functional and non-functional specifications, workflow diagrams, business logic, routing logic, wireframes, and user stories. Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-centric product designs.

Product Delivery:

Act as the Product Owner within Agile/Scrum frameworks, managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality product increments. Participate in Scrum rituals (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure seamless execution.

Product Adoption:

Partner with Sales and Customer Success Teams (CST) to drive product adoption and ensure customers derive maximum value from our solutions. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product launches, feature rollouts, and customer training programs. Monitor product usage and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, data analysts, customer success managers and account managers to set priorities and drive business growth

Qualifications:

9+ years of experience with 4+ years of experience in managing teams, with a proven track record of delivering successful products. Experience working on 2-4 highly scalable products from product discovery to growth stage Ability to comprehend the legislations and regulations of BFSI of different jurisdictions and translate to product functionalities Experience with designed tools for crafting wireframes and workflows like figma, diagrams.net, lucid chart, etc. Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Sheets, MS Excel, Python (2/3), SQL, Plotly, Pandas, or NumPy. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SCRUM and product management tools (e.g., gitlab, Jira, Trello). Excellent documentation skills and proficiency in Google Docs, MS Word, Swagger A curious and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear value propositions for customers. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Background in FinTech and/or B2B SaaS industries (Good to have)
