Calculate financial benefits to build and/or support the business case for change
Process Design
Design and facilitate process discovery workshops including data gathering, data synthesis, meeting preparation, facilitation, and documentation of outcomes
Design and facilitate process improvement workshops, document processes, synthesize and develop executive summary materials
Document process design requirements, process flow maps, and technical design documentation for supporting technology (using JLL standard documentation tools)
Translate future state process designs into an actionable delivery and change plan
Project Management
Supports the Portfolio Lead and Program Manager to develop project plans for delivering future state process designs and breakthrough improvements.
Coordinates with other transformation leads (i.e. Automation, Technology, Organization Design) to build project plans that deliver large-scale transformations.
For smaller discrete process excellence projects, develops and manages project plans associated with discovery, design, and delivery of future state process designs and improvements.

The Sr. Manager of Operational Excellence will be accountable for establishing the Process Reengineering Framework with agreed-upon metrics and reporting. They will be responsible for establishing baseline performance for different metrics / OLA\xe2\x80\x99s / SLA\xe2\x80\x99s etc.
They would also apply Lean Six Sigma to improve processes and will also lead and facilitate Change Management efforts for JLL programs to drive and sustain transformation.
Key skills
Lean Six Sigma experience - BB Certified
Process mapping and documentation - ability to quickly understand complex processes and create process/data-flow/systems maps
Process-oriented with strong analytical skills in problem identification & resolution
Well-versed in the knowledge of Six Sigma quality tools & LEAN methodology
Financial acumen and ability to convert process improvements into financial savings
Sound understanding of current technologies/ solutions available to improve business processes
Demonstrated ability to effectively analyse data to identify trends and baseline SLAs and OLAs
Experience with process intelligence and mining tools and interpretation of the data for process improvement.
Demonstrated ability to utilize quality management tools to improve organizational performance and customer satisfaction
Excellent facilitation skills to work with diverse teams in standardizing the processes
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate, and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments
