Required Qualification , Experience and Competencies:

? Post Graduate Degree with B.Ed./M.Ed.

? 10+ years of proven leadership experience in a reputed CBSE school.

? Minimum 5 years of experience in IB curriculum.

? Experience of leading day and boarding school.

? Founding Principal experience in international schools is preferable.

? Proficiency with learning platforms (Google Classroom, Canvas, MS Teams).

? Exposure to STEM/Robotics labs, maker spaces, and emerging technologies.

? Awareness of AI, AR/VR, IoT for project-based learning.

? Familiarity with IB digital platforms and school ERP/CRM systems.

? Understanding of cyber security essentials and comfort with digital outreach (social media, webinars, podcasts).

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership

Provide vision and direction for the school's academic programs. Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation. Promote innovative teaching practices and ensure continuous improvement in learning outcomes. Foster an environment that values creativity, critical thinking, and holistic development.

Administrative Management

Manage day-to-day school operations effectively and efficiently. Ensure compliance with CBSE/IB/other board policies, regulations, and standards. Develop and monitor budgets, resources, and infrastructure. Implement systems for performance evaluation and accountability.

Faculty Development & Supervision

Recruit, mentor, and retain high-quality teaching and non-teaching staff. Provide professional development opportunities and encourage lifelong learning. Conduct regular performance reviews and support staff in achieving goals. Create a collaborative culture of respect, motivation, and excellence.

Student Welfare & Development

Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. Promote student well-being, discipline, and character development. Support extracurricular and co-curricular activities for balanced growth. Address the individual learning needs of students through effective support systems.

Strategic Growth & Innovation

Drive the school's long-term vision, mission, and strategic goals. Introduce global best practices while upholding Indian ethos and values. Lead initiatives for digital transformation, sustainability, and international benchmarking. Position the school as a leader in progressive education.
