Job Summary



We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to the Director. The role involves managing schedules, communications, coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations with complete confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities



Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes Maintain confidential records and follow up on key action items

Required Skills & Experience



Proven experience as a PA/Executive Assistant to senior management Excellent communication and coordination skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in MS Office and email management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
