Handle all incoming admissions enquiries through calls, walk-ins, social media, and online platforms.
Conduct timely follow-up calls with every enquiry to maximise conversions.
Maintain enquiry logs, follow-up trackers, and admission reports.
Give centre tours to parents and effectively communicate the school's value proposition.
Achieve monthly and annual admissions targets.
2. Marketing & Brand Promotion
Plan and execute marketing activities such as events, workshops, seminars, and open houses.
Coordinate with the marketing team/agencies for digital campaigns, posters, and social media content.
Build local partnerships (pediatricians, apartments, corporates) to generate leads.
Promote the school in the community through ground-level activities and outreach programmes.
3. Centre Operations
Oversee daily functioning of the centre, ensuring safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Ensure classrooms, staff, and schedules run smoothly.
Monitor inventories, materials, and vendor management.
Implement school processes, policies, and SOPs consistently.
4. Team Leadership
Supervise teachers, coordinators, and support staff.
Ensure timely communication, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
Conduct training sessions or coordinate training with management when required.
Encourage a positive and responsible team culture.
5. Parent Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication.
Address queries or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Organise parent orientations, PTMs, and feedback sessions.
Ensure high parent satisfaction and retention.
6. Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly admissions, marketing, and operations reports.
Share insights and improvement suggestions with management.
Track revenue, expenses, and centre performance metrics.
