Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Software Development to lead our engineering teams in delivering innovative, scalable, and high-quality software solutions. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment. Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-impact projects. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams. Establish best practices in coding, architecture, and agile methodologies. Manage resource planning, project timelines, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. 10+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles. Proven expertise in managing large, distributed engineering teams. Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, modern frameworks, and DevOps practices.
