Overview:
We are looking for a
hands-on Director of Sales - Europe
, based in India, who can directly drive revenue growth across Europe (UK, Spain, Italy, DACH, and beyond). This is not just a leadership role -- it is a
frontline sales role
for someone who thrives on
winning deals, growing accounts, and building repeatable revenue models
.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Sales Execution
Own and exceed the European revenue quota.
Personally lead high-value enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to close.
Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers across Europe.
Negotiate large, complex contracts and deliver profitable growth.
Develop new business opportunities, both greenfield and within key accounts.
Market Development
Drive market penetration in UK, Spain, Italy, and DACH with a focus on new client acquisition.
Leverage existing relationships and networks to accelerate sales cycles.
Identify high-potential industries and customers where we can replicate success.
Build repeatable sales motions that deliver predictable pipeline growth.
Scaling Revenue Operations
Establish sales playbooks, deal qualification frameworks, and pricing models that ensure repeatable wins.
Optimize the sales funnel (lead gen ? qualification ? proposal ? close).
Collaborate with SDRs/Lead Gen teams to ensure a strong, consistent pipeline.
Align with marketing on demand generation campaigns tied directly to revenue outcomes.
Client Growth & Expansion
Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
Build long-term relationships with clients to increase retention and expansion.
Partner with Customer Success to ensure clients see measurable ROI from our solutions.
Required Experience
15+ years of
direct B2B sales experience
with a strong record of closing enterprise deals.
Minimum 5+ years focused on the
European market (UK, DACH, Southern Europe)
.
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding multi-million EUR quotas.
Hands-on experience in SaaS, Enterprise Tech, or IT services sales.
Demonstrated ability to hunt new business, not just farm accounts.
Strong contract negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Comfort working independently with distributed teams while owning revenue delivery.
Based in India, with flexibility for frequent travel to Europe (20-30%).
