  • Responsible for all sales & marketing activities and personnel involved in the Sales department
  • Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the department, while focusing on the Organization\xe2\x80\x99s strategic goals.
  • Coordinate Sales operations with the other departments of the organization.
  • Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the organization.
  • Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization.
  • Function as a strategic business leader of the property\'s sales and develop sales goals and ensure alignment with brand business strategies.
  • Motivate and energize the staff to make proactive decisions in all their communications with clients.
  • Assess the competitive landscape and institute changes to the sales program in response to competitors changes.
  • Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Hospitality.
  • Self driven individual with a proactive and positive approach to change.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly Responsible and reliable
  • Displays high levels of flexibility, initiatives, sincerity, leadership and team work.
