EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES & EMPOWERMENT .Understanding the Continent/ Regional Accor sales strategy and marketing channels .Being able to translate the strategy in a Hotel approach .Being directly responsible for the direct/indirect sales performance .Collaborating with various strategic players (country management, franchisees) KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Define the Sales & Distribution strategy - direct & indirect sales - for his business scope in accordance with Accor\'s, the brands\' and the countries\' policies. Implement the strategy with a specific action plan for each segment / area. Control, optimize and report sales outputs of those action plans. Strategize and implement with the team to maximize revenue for rooms and banquets. Operational Define and implement each action plan for strategic and key clients of his business scope. Track their performance and control business targets are achieved, using Sales tools at disposal. Maximise competitor intelligence. Business plan /Analysis Assist in the development of the Annual Business Plan & Financial Budget in collaboration with the management. Team Management Manage sales teams in his scope by defining the sales objectives and ensuring the targets are reached through coaching, training and personal development. General Duty Review and analyze the marketing and PR plan for the hotel. Briefing the team for sales goals and targets. Act as connect with the hotel owners and management. Active involvement in sales strategy meetings.
