We are looking for a Principal Program Manager to join our amazing Engineering group in Bangalore. As a Principal Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end engineering deliveries process.

What You Will Do


As our Director of Quality Engineering, you will work alongside our engineering team to ensure that our product quality is top-notch. By applying the right test strategy, new age test automation techniques and tools, the person will ensure the functional completeness and stability of the product for customers across multiple market segments and geographies. Your Responsibilities:

• Develop the test strategy that is appropriate for our platform and application products that we offer in a SaaS model.
• Evaluate, assess and introduce the right new age test engineering practices including shift left; develop required functional tests and test automation to

significantly improve our ability to bring quality releases to production. Should have hands-on experience developing test strategies, functional tests and test automation frameworks.

• Develop measurements and metrics framework appropriate for our product and organisation.
• 
  Collaborate with product management, development, DevSecOps, SRE, technical program management, PS and CS teams to ensure timely releases of predictable quality; eliminate regression issues and production impacts of all types.
• 
  REsponsible for all aspects of quality: functional, performance, reliability, security of the overall platform and products.
• 
  Suggest improvements to our process and test suite, we innovate to last.
• 
  Prepare test reports, share information openly
• 
  Execute defined test cases to uncover bugs and regression issues
• 
  Communicate effectively with your team members and colleagues across multiple time zones: in the USA and around the globe.
• 
  Assist team leads and heads of engineering in preparation of progress reports.

Your Qualifications:

• 12+ yrs of quality assurance test engineering experience in a SaaS environment is required
• 
  Strong background with functional and automation testing (Black box testing, regression testing)
• 
  Hands-on experience in developing a test strategy and executing on the same through a combination of functional and automation testing.
• 
  Ability to work autonomously and in a team; should have managed a group of 20+ functional and automation engineers.
• 
  Keen attention to detail
• 
  Interest in staying current with new and evolving technologies.
• B.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
