About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all

operations

, including administration, logistics, service delivery, and customer experience. Develop and execute

operational strategies

aligned with company goals and regional directives. Oversee

branch or field operations

, ensuring consistency in quality, productivity, and compliance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement initiatives where necessary. Manage

budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation

within the county. Ensure

, adherence to company policies, and risk management procedures. Foster strong relationships with

local authorities, clients, partners, and vendors

. Lead, coach, and develop

operations staff

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field

(Master's degree preferred).

15-25+ years

of progressive experience in operations management, with at least

3-5 years

in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering operational efficiency in a multi-site or regional setup. Strong understanding of

budgeting, process optimization, and performance management

. Excellent

leadership, communication, and analytical skills

. Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage complex operational challenges. Familiarity with

ERP systems
