Location - Gurugram

As Director of Marketing, you will drive growth marketing, performance campaigns, brand strategy, and go-to-market success. This high-impact role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in B2B marketing within the logistics, supply chain, or tech-enabled services space, and who is ready to lead cross-functional teams toward aggressive growth targets.

Responsibilities -
Growth Marketing (80%)

  • Lead performance marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and social to generate high-quality leads and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Own data-driven marketing analytics to measure ROI, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement.
  • Implement lifecycle marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and upsell.
  • Forge strategic marketing partnerships and co-branding opportunities.
  • Track market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales to define product positioning and drive go-to-market strategies.
  • Build marketing collaterals and case studies to support demand generation and sales enablement.
Brand Positioning (20%)
  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team across digital, product, brand, and content marketing.
  • Strengthen brand identity and awareness within the logistics ecosystem.
  • Manage all external communications, including digital, PR, and offline branding, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Launch reputation-building and brand awareness campaigns to drive top-of-funnel growth.
Requirements -
  • 10+ years of total marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing in logistics, supply chain, or tech-enabled services.
  • Strong command of digital marketing, performance analytics, product marketing, and brand building.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, align cross-functional goals, and execute impactful campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, and data-centric environment.
