• You\xe2\x80\x99ll develop and implement a marketing strategy to increase sales and customer acquisition, improve customer retention, and maximize revenue from the hotel.
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll establish Marketing & Communications programs that will benefit and support sales and Food & Beverage strategies and initiatives.
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll develop and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic and drive online production.
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns to optimize results.
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll monitor all digital marketing channels and campaigns to ensure brand consistency.
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll monitor all printed materials to ensure adherence to corporate identity standards.
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll maintain good working relationships with local and international media, execute media placements for hotel through news releases and personal contacts.
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll coordinate all special events and promotions with the aim to maximize publicity.
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll serve as hotel spokesperson, when appointed by General Manager, to make all official statements for hotel to media.

• You\xe2\x80\x99ve a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• You\xe2\x80\x99re detail-oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow-through.
• You\xe2\x80\x99ve excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• You\xe2\x80\x99ve strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• You\xe2\x80\x99re able to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
