- Organize and direct the team to supervise
inventories. * Responsible for managing the day to day
financial reporting and controlling
requirements of the departments, and
will be required to review and analyze
management accounts. * Responsible for budget and cost controls,
financial analysis, accounting practices
and reports. * Analyze and interpret financial data and
recommend changes to improve financial
performance.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field & professional accounting qualification
- Minimum 5 years experience at managerial level that includes:
- Track record of driving hotel finance performance.
- Strong technical accounting, finance & taxation skills.
- Preparation, review, analysis & presentation of management & statutory reporting.
- Extensive Knowledge of hotel internal controls.
- Knowledge of budget process.
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
