We are seeking a
Director of Engineering - Agentic Systems
to lead our engineering teams in building and delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance AI agent platforms.
This role will focus on
execution excellence, technical leadership, and cross-team coordination

RESPONSIBILITIES

Engineering Leadership
Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams, including:
+ Agent Architecture
+ AI Interaction Engineering
+ AgentOps & Observability
+ Forward Deployed Engineering Translate product vision and business goals into actionable engineering roadmaps.
Ensure engineering decisions align with enterprise-scale performance, compliance, and scalability standards.
Execution & Delivery
Oversee sprint planning, resource allocation, and delivery schedules.
Ensure high-quality, secure, and reliable software releases.
Drive adoption of best practices for CI/CD, testing, and AI model deployment.
Track and improve engineering velocity, quality, and operational metrics.
Technical Oversight
Guide architectural decisions for
multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and context/memory systems
.
Ensure optimal infrastructure design for cost, latency, and scalability.
Embed observability, security, and governance into all deployments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product management, customer success, and forward-deployed teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and engineering priorities.
Support strategic customer engagements where deep technical guidance is required.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have:
10+ years in software engineering, with 3-5 years in engineering leadership roles.
Proven experience delivering large-scale AI, ML, or distributed systems.
Strong understanding of LLM architectures, agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AgentBridge), and AI infrastructure.
Experience managing teams across architecture, development, and deployment.
Proficiency in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes).
Good-to-Have:
Experience in BFSI, GRC, SOC, or other regulated industries.
Familiarity with AI observability and evaluation frameworks (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, TruLens, Ragas).
Understanding of AI model lifecycle management and governance.
Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration patterns.
