Skills & Experience

Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing engineering teams
Strong background in technical leadership, system design, and architecture
Expertise in at least one major backend language:

TypeScript, Golang, Java, or Python

Experience working in AI, ML, distributed systems, or high-performance infrastructure environments
Prior experience building or leading India engineering teams is a strong plus
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership, startup environments
