Overview
We are an EB-5 project sponsor and Regional Center with a long-standing track record in the EB-5 industry. Our role is to structure, manage, and oversee EB-5 investment vehicles on behalf of investors, ensuring that capital is deployed in compliance with USCIS requirements and in accordance with the offering documents. We work closely with experienced developers, independent regional centers when appropriate, and institutional third-party fund administrators to provide transparent, well-governed EB-5 investment opportunities. Our focus is on disciplined structuring, strong controls over investor funds, and clear communication throughout the EB-5 lifecycle--from initial investment through job creation and capital repayment.
We are seeking a seasoned
Director of Sales
with experience in the
EB-5 immigrant investor industry in the Indian and MENA markets
. This role is designed for a proven EB-5 fundraiser who has successfully raised
tens of millions of dollars
from international investors and has strong, existing relationships with
immigration agents, migration firms, and EB-5 attorneys worldwide
.
The ideal candidate is a closer, a relationship builder, and a disciplined operator--someone who understands EB-5 and project finance at both a
technical and commercial level
and can execute structured, repeatable fundraising campaigns across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global EB-5 fundraising efforts with
clear capital raise targets
in the tens of millions of dollars
Leverage and expand existing relationships with: Immigration agents and migration firms, Immigration attorneys and EB-5 advisors, Family offices and high-net-worth investor networks
Personally
close EB-5 investors
, not just manage relationships
Develop and execute
process-driven sales outreach
, including: Agent onboarding and activation, Market-specific fundraising strategies, Event, roadshow, and site-visit coordination
Work closely with leadership, legal, and marketing teams to position EB-5 offerings effectively
Provide market intelligence and feedback on investor sentiment, pricing, and project positioning
Represent the firm internationally at conferences, private events, and agent meetings
Maintain strict compliance with EB-5, securities, and marketing regulations
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of direct EB-5 industry experience
(regional center, developer, immigration law firm, or EB-5 advisory)
Demonstrated
track record of successfully raising EB-5 capital
Existing, active relationships with
global immigration agents and EB-5 attorneys
Strong understanding of: EB-5 program mechanics and compliance, Real estate development and project finance, Investment risk analysis and investor concerns
Proven ability to
close high-net-worth investors
Highly organized and
process-oriented
approach to sales and follow-up
Comfortable working independently and owning results
Willing and able to
travel internationally for extended periods
Additional language skills (Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, etc.) are a strong plus
