Job Description


We are recruiting for a Director of Digital Enhancement, North America Application Management, who will play a pivotal role in optimizing the student experience and application yield rates through technology, and end-to-end process review.
This is a newly created role within the Marketing and Recruitment team reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing and Recruitment, which provides an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to drive the role with their own vision, creativity, success and improvement measures. Working closely with the Director of Applications and Operations, North America, and the Director of Digital Innovation, Marketing and Recruitment, this is an innovative and collaborative role that really drives efficiencies and optimization to improve admissions processing times and service levels.
Key Responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:


  • bridging the gap between Admissions and Business Systems teams in order to ensure efficient application management processes are implemented and maintained
  • constant engagement with the global Admissions team to understand, identify and find solutions for blockages and opportunities, the proactive instigator/voice for all admissions needs.
  • owning a discovery project and working with organization stakeholders to understand challenges to adoption and drive the actions to move the business forward
  • driving improvements to all aspects of the student, parent, and agent experience through the application journey and the creation of efficiencies.
  • supporting recruitment goals and agreed outcomes
  • implementing new business processes roll out plans for new features functionalities
  • create, manage and evaluate key performance success measures surrounding adoption engagement on salesforce
  • ensuring the right stakeholders are included in the right communications engagements for Salesforce development leading the Admissions Team collectively
  • defining and implementing a training strategy and conducting user training e.g., train the trainer and maintaining tools such as ImprovedApps LMS
  • own business processes from a technical and user execution lens improve/educate where required

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Over 5 years of systems and technology experience, particularly with Salesforce
  • experience in pipeline management
  • a successful track record of change management
  • getting into the detail and to the root of a problem
  • proven ability in finding workable solutions to complex issues
  • strong business acumen and ability to see the bigger picture
  • the ability to manage multiple operations within budget
  • experience and comfort working in a fast-changing environment
  • knowledge of North American universities and their education system (desirable)
