Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced

Director of Cinematography (DoP)

to lead the visual storytelling of our video and film projects. The DoP will be responsible for defining the visual style, lighting, camera work, and overall look of each project while collaborating closely with directors, editors, and the creative team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the visual concept and cinematography style for films, ads, brand videos, reels, and digital content Plan camera angles, shot composition, lighting setups, and movement to enhance storytelling Operate and supervise camera equipment, lenses, rigs, and lighting tools Collaborate with directors and creative teams during pre-production, production, and post-production Lead and manage the camera crew, gaffers, and lighting assistants on set Ensure high-quality footage aligned with brand guidelines and creative vision Maintain consistency in color, tone, and framing across all shots Work with post-production teams for color grading and final output Manage equipment handling, setup, and safety on set
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Director of Photography / Cinematographer Strong understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and camera movement Hands-on experience with professional cameras (DSLR/Mirrorless/Cinema cameras) Knowledge of lenses, rigs, gimbals, drones (if applicable), and lighting equipment Ability to translate creative ideas into compelling visuals Strong leadership and on-set coordination skills Understanding of post-production workflows and color grading Excellent eye for detail and storytelling
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in commercials, digital marketing videos, corporate films, or cinematic content Drone cinematography certification (optional but a plus) Knowledge of latest cinematography trends and techniques
Work Environment

Studio shoots, outdoor locations, and on-site client projects May require flexible hours, travel, and weekend shoots
