Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Alliances to manage and expand our relationships with OEMs and technology providers in the Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and managing partnerships, a deep understanding of the technology landscape, and a proven track record of driving growth through strategic alliances.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with leading OEMs and technology providers in the Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security sectors.
• Manage and nurture existing alliances to maximize mutual value and achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and leverage partnerships effectively.
• Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the market.
• Drive joint marketing and sales initiatives with partners to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to build and strengthen relationships.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on alliance performance, progress, and strategic direction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in alliance management, business development, or a related role within the technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security technologies and market trends.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships with OEMs and technology providers.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results across cross-functional teams.
