Director of AI and Sofware Development

to help us build the future of AI-driven products. You'll be our

code as well as supervise a small coding team

, taking full ownership of system design, development, and scaling. If you've got 7

+ years of experience

delivering AI features, cloud-based web applications, love solving complex problems, and have a passion for

Generative AI

You'll work directly with our CEO, lead a small team of Developers, QA, and DevOps, and play a key role in shaping our AI-first future.

Startup experience is a must. Your last experience needs to be building products. No service delivery please.

This role is for hardcore technologists who thrive in fast-paced environments.

What You'll Do

:

Leverage your

Generative AI

expertise to shape the product roadmap and drive technological innovation. Architect and build robust, scalable cloud-based web applications using

Java, Angular

, and modern cloud platforms (

AWS, GCP, Azure

). We are scaling fast so you need to deliver high performance and scalability. Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a small team of developers, QA engineers, and DevOps. Collaborate directly with the CEO to define and execute the technical strategy of Kloze.AI. Ensure the smooth deployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications in production environments.

What We're Looking For

:

7+ years

in web app development with a strong focus on backend systems. Hands-on experience with

Java

, cloud deployments, and front-end familiarity with

Angular

. Proven

startup experience

--you've led teams and projects in high-growth environments. Passion for building AI-driven, scalable systems. Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying cloud applications on

AWS, GCP,

or

Azure

.

Generative AI

knowledge and experience driving innovation in AI-first products.

Education:
