KC Vilaas, a premium luxury resort nestled in the hills of Shimla, is looking for an experienced

Sales Director / Marketing Director

to lead revenue growth, brand positioning, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

Drive room sales, banquet bookings, weddings & corporate events Build strong relationships with travel agents, wedding planners & corporates Achieve monthly & annual revenue targets Develop pricing strategies and sales plans

Marketing:

Plan and execute digital & offline marketing campaigns Handle brand promotion, social media & lead generation Coordinate with digital marketing agencies Analyze market trends and competitor strategies

Requirements:

Proven experience in hospitality sales & marketing Strong leadership and negotiation skills Excellent communication & presentation abilities Knowledge of luxury hotel/resort marketing Ability to work with targets and growth-oriented mindset
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
