Job Title: Director - IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell)

Experience Required: Minimum 7 Years in IQAC Leadership Role

Location: Gharuan, Mohali

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director - IQAC to lead the Internal Quality Assurance Cell of our institution. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in quality assurance, NAAC accreditation processes, academic auditing, and continuous improvement in higher education.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the IQAC team to develop, implement, and monitor quality benchmarks and parameters.

Coordinate and facilitate the NAAC accreditation and reaccreditation process.

Maintain institutional data for academic performance indicators.

Prepare Annual Quality Assurance Reports (AQAR) and submit them to NAAC on time.

Promote quality culture through various institutional initiatives and workshops.

Conduct internal audits and academic reviews regularly.

Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure the adoption of best practices.

Monitor and analyze feedback from stakeholders (students, faculty, alumni, employers).

Implement outcome-based education (OBE), curriculum revision frameworks, and research quality parameters.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in a leadership role in IQAC or a similar capacity.

In-depth knowledge of NAAC/NBA frameworks, NIRF, and other accreditation/regulatory bodies.

Excellent analytical, report writing, and documentation skills.

Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities with the ability to work collaboratively.

Proficient in tools for data analysis, academic audits, and reporting.

Educational Qualifications:

Master's Degree (PhD preferred) in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.

Certifications in quality assurance/NAAC/NBA/OBE will be an added advantage
